'Hill Sprints are a key factor in improving your fitness for the British Army Loaded March. Hill Sprints concentrate on the muscular endurance in your legs, decreasing your recovery time and also increasing speed. The Hill Sprints I have done in this workout consisted sprinting to and jogging back from a number of trees that were fairly evenly placed going up a hill. I would sprint to the first one then jog back and conduct a Navy Seal. I carried this on until I reached the top of the hill. Once I completed a full set (got to the top), I started again but included a 5 pump Navy Seal. Once that was completed I moved on to 7 pump Navy Seals. If you don\'t have any markers on a hill near you, take some anything from your home and space them up the hill to act as markers. In the past i have used T Shirts, rolled up socks and hi vis belts. I hope this gives you a little more variety to your routine and that you enjoy the workout. Please leave any comments or questions that you have and I will get back to them immediately. Stay focussed on your goals! #Army #BritishArmy #Getfitforthearmy'
