'This full-body workout is based on the minimum fitness requirements to get into the US Military. Use it as a progression towards getting into the US Military or as a great full-body workout you can do inside, with only your bodyweight.  Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with the US Military, I just Google\'d the fitness requirements and decided to create a workout out of it.
