'Since 1982, Exercise Cobra Gold has brought thousands of U.S. Soldiers, Sailors and Marines to the Kingdom of Thailand for a two-week long military training exercise. Specializing in battlefield tactics and jungle survival, Cobra Gold is full of decades long traditions between the United States Military and the Royal Thai Armed Forces. When I heard I would have the chance to pack my bags and spend my summer in Thailand helping out with the exercise, I couldn\'t wait.
