'This is a full-body workout training for muscle building that will target most major muscle groups of your body. I have brought you the best full body weight training that has worked for me most times. You can build muscles using these exercises and just add a new set to progress and if you can too some more dumbells. These exercises are best for building muscles as they train your body to respond to certain stimuli which makes you stronger and helps build more muscles in the target areas.   I will normally work on my legs, and then move on the upper body and then back to the legs, followed by some abs workout before moving on a full body weight training.  So I start by stretching my body and wearing a training belt. The training belt is best used for weight training, cardio, and also muscle weight training. The belt helps to shed more water weight around your abdomen and also helps to improve your posture, especially when lifting dumbells or doing general weight training.  Exercises are super sets of 2 minutes each starting with dumbell squats - 1 minute followed by stiff deadlift -1 minute used a 17kg weight here  Next is shoulder press with bicep curls super sets with the same timer of 1 minute each and taking a 25-30sec rest - used 7.5kg weights  Next is single leg lunges with body weight lunges Next is Regenade row with landmine row supersets- used 17kg Sit-ups with alternating hover reach. Body weight lunges with single leg push-ups. lateral raise and reverse fly  Knee to squat and narrow to wide squats Good morning with plate and staggered single on a yoga block with 1 dumbell. Squats to press supersets with alternating leg lunges Bench dips with push-ups are super set. Finish up with any exercise that makes your heart rate go up.'
