'I coupon to help build my preps and sometimes I get a good deal on something that I know we won\'t be able to eat right away so I am constantly learning new ways to store foods long term. Dried fruit are already well prepared for long term food storage. If you remove the oxygen, light, heat and moisture they wil last a very long time. Many, many years. Here is how I tackled a good deal on some recently purchased dried cranberries from Walgreens :) I used oxygen absorbers and ziplock mylar bags. I purchased both from ebay or amazon. I buy the bags in bulk to reduce the cost and reuse them. These were 6x9 inch, I also stock 1 gallon and 5 gallon bags :) To your health, longevity and peace of mind, The Healthy Prepper :-) Subscribe! To be notified of new videos. It\'s free!
