'Food Addiction, Foodie & Food Freedom Episode 23 In this episode on my journey as a carnivore I discuss my experience as a food addict and finding food freedom. I vulnerably share my experience being a captive to food, thinking about it, eating it, every waking moment. I share what life is like now I enjoy food freedom as a carnivore. I explain the differences between food addiction, foodie and food freedom and why saying, “everything in moderation,” can be a real problem for many people. During this episode I mention a carnivore coach who lost a tremendous amount of weight and healed chronic health conditions and a carnivore who has put on weight and is healing some very serious chronic medical conditions.
