'Sharon Ademefun is the daughter of billionaire Adedeji Adeleke and sister to one of Nigeria’s biggest pop stars, Davido. I first worked with her in April 2015. It was when my husband and I were living with clients as wellness coaches. We traveled to Lagos, Nigeria, for two weeks to help facilitate a healthier life for Sharon, her husband, and her kids. Back in June, Sharon and I caught up through a zoom call, and I could see she had been struggling with many things, including a food addiction, which she had been dealing with since the age of 5. I told her about the work I am currently doing, which involves helping women work through childhood trauma, and told her that I would love to host a private retreat for her here in Costa Rica! She told me she was going to look into it and was able to make it happen! We dove into many topics in the ten days she was with me! She told me it was the best money she’s ever spent!
