Now it\'s time to go in doors and see what kind of typical Dutch food they have over there. There\'s a shop in Amsterdam called Winkel (Shop in English) that specialises in Apple Pie. They make the best Apple Pie in Amsterdam and with a bit of cream it\'s delicious. It really is good. We\'re on the Prinsengracht or Prince Canal. We\'re heading towards the best place to get pancakes. This is called the Pancake Bakery and it is famous for their pancake. This place has been making pancakes since 1973 and it\'s very popular, so the is a queue outside today. But that\'s a good sign, I reckon. The door size is just made for you. They\'ve got a small door here, so I\'m being teased about my height. What I like about this place is that you have a really small door, that shows you that this is a really old building. While they have stone walls, that look really old and it just has this really nice atmosphere. The pancakes are big and they look delicious. This one is with apple, cinnamon and frosted sugar. On each table they\'ve got this pot of syrup. It\'s so nice. We\'re at De Hallen where there\'s a food hall (FoodHallen) inside and at this food hall you can get arguably the best cheese tosti in Amsterdam. What\'s really amazing about this cheese tosti is that they put so much cheese that it seeps through while they\'re cooking it. So you get a lot of cheese. It\'s delicious. I didn\'t know there were two cheese in it, but it\'s really nice. They put two kinds of Dutch cheese and spring onion. Gives it an amazing flavour. There\'s a place in the Foodhallen called De BallenBar which makes bitterballen. What are bitterballen? Bitterballen (Bitter Balls) are like crispy dough, filled with some sort of ragu. It\'s fried and it\'s delicious. Today we\'re trying a proefplankje which is a tasting plate of a few different types of bitterballen. Typical is to eat these things with mustard. Usually it\'s made of beef. It is interesting to try the different flavours, but I must say the traditional beef one is actually the best.'
