Make the broth by boiling together kelp broth, water, and lotus seed 2. Remove the guts of the fainted nakji and wash, and then rub salt on the nakji to remove impurities 3. Rinse the sebal-nakji lightly with water 4. Blanch the nakji in the boiling broth 5. Add bean sprouts to the nakji-blanched broth and boil 6. Cut the fainted nakji arms into bite-sized pieces 7.
