'Cooking Vlog!  Starting Up a small business? Street food like Fishball and Kikiam with home made sauce? Sweet and Chilli? Let\'s make it!  Ingredients:  3 cups water 2-3 tbsp cornstarch (consistency depends on the amount of the cornstarch, the more, the stickyer the sauce is) 1/2 onion (minced) 4 cloves garlic (minced) 4 chilli (sliced in small portions) 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce seasoning, pepper and salt to taste  Procedure: - Dissolve the cornstarch in 1 cup water - Pre-heat the pan, put oil then sauté the onion and garlic - Add the remaining water then stir - Put the brown sugar  - Stir continuosly  - Add the vinegar and soy sauce - While stirring, let it boil for 3 minutes. - Add the seasoning, pepper and salt - Stir then put the cornstarch mixture - Stir and stir for 3 minutes then add the chilli - Simmer for 2 minutes while stirring then turn off the stove - Continue stirring and set aside to let it cool before tranferring to container Enjoy with your fried Kikiam and Fishball!
