'This processor cuts my food canning work in half! Love the fact that it holds 8 cups, so you can load it to the brim and it still will do the job. Easy to clean is another plus. Instructions (http://goo.gl/WUitF) were simple and easy to follow.  After reading the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about the noise level of this processor, but to be honest, it really isn\'t any noisier than my Cuisinart was.
