So I made the decision to split the adventure into two parts. TheEpicenter.com is a great company whose YouTube channel has been a favorite of mine for a long time. They sell all kinds of MREs, freeze-dried and other survival-type foods (among other things). On their YouTube channel they review many of the products they sell. Recently \"Epicenter Bryan\" purchased a Harvest Right freeze-drying machine and they\'ve made a number of videos chronicling their freeze-dried adventures. Bryan was kind enough to let me join in on the fin by sending me some samples of the stuff they\'ve been experimenting with. Note that none of these items are for sale by the company--they\'re all examples of stuff freeze-dried in the Harvest Right machine.'
