'Debra Lee Baldwin, author of three books about using succulents in gardens and containers, shows three kinds of Portulacaria afra (elephant\'s food) and describes how to use them in gardens large and small. Elephant\'s food, which is indeed eaten by elephants, is a popular succulent for bonsai, and it thrives in desert gardens. Pendant varieties (\'Variegata\' and \'Minima\') are wonderful for hanging baskets and terraces. Filmed during Debra\'s presentation at the Succulent Celebration at Waterwise Botanicals Nursery.'
