'Here is our Epic double Seafood batch, freeze dried in our Harvest Right Home Freeze Dryer. In the video it\'s mentioned that we re-hydrated the scallops for 2 days. That really wasn\'t necessary. Our intention was to re-hydrate over night but we were swamped the next day and didn\'t have time to cook. The cod was breaded and baked in the oven. The scallops were seasoned and sauteed in butter . We did try the fake crab (surimi), but haven\'t made a dish with it yet. The baby clams will be used in a future dish. What? Another video? I\'ve got to say these were very successful batches. However, both of these batches took a long time to complete - in excess of 48 hours each batch. But if you like seafood, just do it!
