'Shahi Creamy Butter Chicken recipe to cook Shahi Creamy Butter Chicken is mentioned below:-  To marinade: Ingredients  Chicken leg pieces Curd Salt Soy sauce Red chilli sauce Corn flour Kashmiri red chilli powder Cashew  Method: Mix well all the above mentioned ingredients and chicken, cover it and let it rest for 1 hour. In a separate bowl soak cashews in water for 1 hour.  For gravy: Ingredients Cooking oil/ butter Cloves Cumin seeds Black Pepper seeds Cardamom powder Large cardamom Bay leaves Ginger garlic paste Tomatoes Onion Green chilli Fresh coriander Milk cream  Method: Heat a pan, add cooking oil and roast cloves, cumin seeds, black pepper seeds cardamom powder, large cardamom, bay leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato and green chilli. Let it roast for 5-7 mins on high flame until its aromatic and slightly golden. Let it cool and then  and grind it into a fine paste. Consistency shown in the video. Similarly grind the soaked cashew into a free flowing paste, consistency shown in the video.  In a pan add cooking oil and fry Chicken for 3-4 mins, stir occasionally, let it turn golden on the outside, separate it in a bowl. In a separate pan, add cooking oil and add grinded paste , add cashew paste and let it cook for 2-3 mins on high flame. Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chicken masala and then add water. Let it cook for 1-2 mins and add chicken into gravy, cover the lid as shown in the video. Let it cook for 18-20 mins on high flame, covered as shown, stir occasionally. Add milk cream, stir well and let it boil. Add butter and fresh green coriander to garnish. Shahi Creamy butter chicken is ready to serve... Enjoy!!  Tip:  Use butter, instead of cooking oil. While cooking don\'t cover the lid as usual, let the steam pass, cover it as shown it the video. Serve with garlic naan to get more flavors !!!'
