Combine milk, egg, flour, sugar into a sticky batter.  Place on floured surface and make 3 1/4 inch disk.    2. Use a straw to cut out a hole in the middle of each disk.  Heat oil and fry doughnuts until golden brown.  Remove from oil and frost. Top with sprinkles.  3. ??? ___  Follow us!
