'ingredients required for Bhaji for 4 people: 5-6 boiled and mashed potatoes 100 grams boiled green peas 1 small beetroot 4 medium size onions 4 medium size Tomatoes 2 medium size green capcicum 2 Tablespoons Ghee and butter each 1 tablespoon Jeera 6-7 Red Chilli and garlic paste 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 Teaspoon coriander powder, 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Kashmiri powder, salt as per taste, pav bhaji masala water to adjust consistency. Pre preparation for bhaji: first boil potatoes beetroot and green peas and keep it aside. then finely cut onion capcicum and Tomatoes. then make a paste of few red chillies and garlic (depending upon how spicy u want your bhaji to be). steps: 1. heat the kadhai and add ghee and butter in equal proportion. 2. add Jeera and let it pop up. 3. add chilli garlic paste 4. add onions and saute 5. add capcicum and saute 6. add spices turmeric coriander powder Kashmiri red chilli powder pav bhaji masala. 7. add tomatoes and cook for a while 8. add salt as per taste 9. add boiled mixture of boiled potatoes green peas and beetroot in the bhaji and mash it properly. 10. add some water to give it a proper consistency 11. bhaji is ready to serve.
