No refrigeration, you can add your own ingredients to make them even better. We freeze dried Fruity Pebbles with milk, Cheerios with chocolate milk, bananas and strawberries, Cinnamon Toast Crunch with milk, and Special K with Flaxseed and Blueberries and raisins covered in Vanilla almond milk. These have quickly become a favorite around our house and a must in our food storage. There is only one problem, they don\'t stick around long enough to get put into food storage! Check Out our NEW!
