'What is Kikiam  Kikiam or Que-kiam are a popular street food in the Philippines, commonly peddled in make-shift wooden carts along with fish or seafood balls and a variety of dipping sauces.  A local adaptation of the Chinese Ngo hiang, these meat rolls are made of five spice-seasoned ground pork and minced shrimp. The meat mixture is wrapped in bean curd sheets (tawpe), steamed until cooked, and then deep-fried until golden and crispy.    INGREDIENTS for KIKIAM  1 small can sardines 1cup flour 1/2 cup cornstarch  1 tablespoon baking powder 2 tablespoons water 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon powdered pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 pc.egg Some onion spring (optional) You can put malunggay leaves  INGREDIENTS for DIPPING SAUCE       (adjusted measurements)  1 tablespoon flour  4 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons vinegar  2 tablespoons soy sauce  1tsp salt 1tsp pepper 1cup water   (You can put some garlic,onions,chillis)
