'AMAZING Indonesian sate (satay) TASTY Indonesian street food in Jakarta (Es podeng/ Gorengan)'

'Indonesian Sate is one of the most famous dishes from Indonesia and it is indeed worth it to try. In this Episode we are  exploring more of the Indonesian Street Food in Jakarta. At first we had some Indonesian Sate Ayam (Chicken Satay) at the Sate Ayam dan Kambing RSPP H. Romli. Unfortunately the Sate Kambing (Goat Sate) was already sold out so we just got the sate ayam (chicken satay). The Sate is served in a lot of peanut sauce, the sauce is slightly salty and sweet but the nuts are still dominant. The chicken is not dry but juicy, i loved it. We also ordered some lontong (rice cake) with it which was a perfect fit with the Sate Ayam.   After the first dish I was still quite hungry and looked for some kind of street food dessert in the Area of Blok M. We found Gorengan which were Tempe, Tofu, Chilis and Bakwan (vegetable fritters).  But that wasn\'t the kind of street food dessert I hoped for so I was still looking and there it was: Es Podeng.  I never tried Es Podeng but this one was Perfection in one Cup, As I enjoyed the Es Podeng I was wondering why this is not rewarded with a Michelin Star because every ingredient in it had the right to be here and was in perfect harmony with the rest of it, definitely my favourite Indonesian Street Food Dessert in Jakarta.  --------------------------- Adress: Sate Ayam dan Kambing RSPP H.
