'Cincinnati Chili (or Cincinnati-style Chili) : A Mediterranean-spiced meat sauce used as a topping for spaghetti or hot dogs (\"Coneys\"); developed by Macedonian immigrant restaurateurs in the 1920s. Resembles Greek pasta sauces and the spiced-meat hot dog topping sauces. Very similar to the meat sauce used for making Moussaka. Inspired by the recipe from Chef John over at Food Wishes.
