Let’s talk about the parallel between your money and food relationship and how they are relatable when it comes to goals. Remember on any journey it requires to shift and make healthier choices but you don’t have to be restrictive or deprive yourself, just be strategic with your plan. That’s how we are able to thrive. I noticed on my journey that my relationship with food mirrored my relationship with money and once I lost weight and found freedom with food it helped me find freedom with my money and there is no quick fix. It’s a process, an ongoing process that I have learned to fall in love with and enjoy. A process that requires constant development of healthier behaviors and habits. You can do it. In this video as I take you along on my walk I talk about 3 tips you can consider to develop a healthier relationship with food and money. This is real life, transparency, rawness. A lot of times due to limited beliefs, self esteem issues, and mindset food and money get a bad rep. Food is used to nourish our bodies, money is used as a tool to help us along the way.
