'Easy to follow and make at home. Real yummy Malaysiann street food. Can be vegetarian or non, just swich condiments and the stock. Can go with noodles or bread /roti. Recipe: Condiment : (vegetarian) : long beans, cabbage, bean sprouts, lady\'s fingers, eggplant, fried tofu.... (non vegetarian) : hard boiled eggs, meat, prawns, and vegetables. soup/gravy: (for 4 pax) : 2T curry powder paste, 2T all purpose chili paste(3 for extra spicy), 10-15 curry leaves, 150-200ml thick coconut milk, 2-3T oil, 1/2T -1T seasoning, 600-800ml stock, salt/soya sauce to taste.
