'Cuisinart Elemental Food Processor Introduction (Elemental vs Prep Plus)'

'I\'ll do a full review in the coming days, but is my Cuisinart Elemental 11 Cup food processor ( http://amzn.to/2EFR38R ) introduction, what\'s in the box, explainer, and FAQ video. Call it what you will, this will explain a lot of this food processor!  This is specifically looking at the FP-11GM model in Gunmetal grey.  Previous to this I had a Cuisinart DLC-2011CHBY Prep 9 Plus 9-Cup Food Processor, Brushed Stainless ( http://amzn.to/2BTRLN4 ) which is a big, heavy machine that I thought would last a lifetime. One plastic part cracked and I got the Elemental 11-cup as a replacement. The Prep Plus is built like a tank, but it has an old school design, very much unlike the Elemental model.  So in this video I talk a lot about the Elemental food processor vs the Prep Plus models, since it\'s going to be a big change for people. The Prep line has been around for a long time, but it last a lot of the cool features of the Elemental, The Prep Plus series is lot less plasticy than the Elemental, but it\'s not necessarily better!
