'Top 10 Foods To Increase  Hemoglobin In Our Blood What is Haemoglobin  Well, it is an essential component of your blood. Its main function is to carry oxygen from your lungs to the cells of other organs  Usually, a low haemoglobin count is due to nutritional deficiency and there may be other reasons for it too.  Pomegranates are delicious. From kids to adults everyone enjoys them very much. This fruit is one natural source of Vitamin A, C, E, folic acid and iron  A plain beetroot juice for 20 days can tremendously improve the hemoglobin level, which is tested by me personally.
