'This sweet and spicy Fishball Sauce recipe is a one-for-all sauce for your favorite Filipino street food like fishballs, squidballs, kikiam, and kwek kwek. It is easy to make and only needs 9 ingredients: water, flour, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, red chilli, ground black pepper, and salt. You can even skip the chilli if you are not into spicy. Ingredients Needed: 3 cups of water 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 medium size red onion (minced) 6 clover garlic (minced) 4 pcs red chilli ( just skip this if you are not into spicy) Kung gusto nyo po na may kulay ang sauce nyo pwede po kayo mag add ng orange food color (sa akin di na ako nag add mas prefer ko na walang food color ang sauce) Ang shelf life po ng sauce na ito ay 2-3 days depending on your safe food handling.
