'Ground Beef-Hamburger Meat freeze dried. Knob Style Harvest Right Freeze Dryer'

I pre froze the meat at used a 3 hr freeze setting and kept the 7 hr dry time. Cycle took 22 hours and 15 minutes, not 24.5 as I guessed in the video.
