'This large lemang bakar stall operates like a factory and it\'s where you can buy fresh lemang with rendang every day. Lemang Daun Lerek Greenwood produces up to 1000 sticks of lemang daily - all slow cooked over open fire for 2.5 hours. What sets them apart from the rest is that their pulut susu (Thai glutinous rice) is cooked in \'daun lerek\' lined bamboo poles. When cooked, the rice can be easily removed by pulling it out from the bamboo without having to use any knife to break the container.'
