'I tried FASTING for RAMADAN for a WEEK (Non Muslim) | No food and no water for 7 days'

'I tried fasting for Ramadan for a week. This means no food and no water from dawn til sunset for 7 days straight. It changed my life! Ramadan is a very important and significant month for our Muslim brothers and sisters. They do fast for month. And for them fasting is not just about not eating and drinking for a month but this includes everything that is impure for the mind and soul. And to understand this important month, a non-Muslim like me tried fasting Ramadan for a week for the first time. For a week, I did not eat and drink from dawn til dusk. And if you live in the UK like me, this means not eating and drinking from 4:00am up to 8:00pm. That is 16 hours of no food and water for 7 days straight.  More than just trying it, I have goals why I did it and I can tell you now, I have learnt so many things about this religious activity of Islam.  I hope you enjoy this video!
