RECIPE #2 - Oats Porridge *************************************** Ingredients: for oats porridge Oats - 1 cup ( or 250 gms )  To prepare porridge: oats powder - 1 tbsp water - 1 cup ( or 250 ml ) a tiny bit of jaggery power (OPTIONAL) Add breast milk or formula milk as required.
