'7 DAYS WATER FAST RESULTS (NO FOOD FOR A WEEK) | JOY DIPA'

'Losing weight for 7 days while water fasting could have health benefits as studies have shown but you will find something more if you really want to discover. This is my honest experience on my first ever journey into water fasting.  Before it became into fruition about my journey into water fasting, I’ve done my homework first. I did my research on YouTube, reviews from blogs and the most important thing was on how I planned the whole process and ended my water fast safe and sound. My goal was to deliver a 7 day water fast and to clear my doubts and fears about water fasting. I’ve started the fast on the 20th of October 2017 and ended at breaking the fast on the 28th day of October 2017.  The first 3 days of my water fast was hard since the usual routine of eating 3 times a day was restricted except distilled water and the difficulty of sleeping can’t be denied that it was very exhausting. With determination to succeed I was able to overcome the first stage of my water fast, (dizziness, headache, fatigue, thoughts and challenges, unusual peeing and the most gruesome bowel movement. After the first stage I was strongly in control of my thoughts and cleared my doubts but it was not done yet since I’ve decided for a 7 days water fast. It all happened on the 4th day of my water fast when I’ve noticed my poop was different from the first 3 days, it was too dark too watery that I’ve feared that it might gone wrong but my thoughts was that It all scraped down all the way from my colon down to my anus. It continued until the 6th day of my water fast, the taste buds has gone and in the 7th nothing really happened, it was a relief and that’s the time when I’ve decided to break my fast the other day.  Breaking the fast was the best part of my experience. The plan was on the first day upon suggestions from YouTube, blogs, expert and to those who have been tried it was to eat small amount of watery fruits such as watermelon or something not acidic. I bought a whole watermelon on the day I ended the fast, sliced in half and made five servings on it. Within 24 hours I’ve consumed that five servings with an interval of 4 to 5 hours each and to be honest the first bite was unforgettable, I can’t imagine how the taste was very good, very sweet and the feeling of you’ve never experienced before, you must be in tears if you will try as I did. For two days I’ve only eaten watermelon and in the third day I boiled up some green leafy, carrots and potatoes. The feast was on the fourth day when I had to indulged myself with meat and it was all tasted great as I’ve never tasted it before.  For the past 7 days I’ve witnessed more than what you can imagine and I can’t recall in details anymore since it happened 2 years ago. The 7 days water fast was successful and the benefit was when I feel like I was reborn, stressed free, detoxed, cleansed and very proud of myself even though I did it in doubt but the strong will to finish the goal was a success.
