Rinse your turkey tails with cool water. 2. Chop your peppers, celery, and onion into small to medium size pieces. 3. Combine your broth and flour, then stir in well until flour is dissolved to create a slurry. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 5. Place chopped vegetables into baking dish. 6. Add your turkey tails, bouillon cubes, and seasoning. 7. Afterwards, add your butter and slurry. 8. Cover with an aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours. 9. After 2 hours, remove the aluminum foil and stir the gravy. Recover with aluminum foil and continue baking for an additional hour.'
