You will need a large pot with a lid like this 5 quart Ninja Foodi Neverstick PREMIUM pan https://amzn.to/3zQEcfe Or a 5 quart enamel coated cast iron Dutch oven like this https://amzn.to/3ihzXTW Vegan sweet and spicy collard greens recipe 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water 2 small bunches of collard greens. About 6 cups chopped collard green. 1/2 an onion chopped 2 red jalapeño peppers. More or less to taste. 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1 tablespoon of cane syrup. More or less to taste 2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar. More or less to taste. Wash and chop the collard greens Chop the onion and slice the jalapeño peppers Add olive oil to a large pan and saute the peppers and onions for 2 to 3 minutes until softened. Add collard greens, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of water. Stir, cover and reduce the heat to low. After about 10 minutes check to see if the collard greens need more water and add a quarter cup more if necessary. Cover the pan and let the collard greens continue to cook stirring occasionally for another 10 minutes and then check for tenderness. Once the collard greens are tender enough, turn off the heat and add the cane syrup and red wine vinegar. Stir everything together and serve.'
