'The idea of using Quails instead of chicken wings was a time saver for me! If I was to stuff with chicken wings, it would take me forever to remove the bones. My youngest daughter loves this recipe and she doesn\'t really like curry paste. The fats from the ground pork was a good balance for the Quails, it makes the meat moist and not dry.'
