(I covered mine instead of wrapping)   String beans:   2 lbs fresh string beans 1/3 cup chopped onion 4 strips bacon 2 cups chicken broth 1 tsp seasoned salt 1 tbs minced garlic black pepper to taste   *** Baked chicken thighs:   4 bone-in chicken thighs with skin 1/2 seasoned salt 1/2 kosher salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder  1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp liquid smoke 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 - 1 tsp dried thyme 3 tbs brown sugar 1 tbs EVOO  * I had yam patties and cornbread to go along with this meal however, I messed up the cornbread (If you know me throught this channel then you know I\'ve made a few attemps that have all failed) and the yam patties were freezer burned.
