'African/Black children trying soul food! My kids are half African-American and half Zulu (South Africa). Being their mom, they mostly eat foods I cook, but are also used to eating South African meals. The thing is, even though I\'m black and my mother grew up eating soul food, she was a health nut and did not feed her children (my siblings and I) \"Soul Food\". So our meals were things like beans and rice, vegetables, fruit, and meat once a week if that. We only had soul food on Holidays and summers. So for my girls, it\'s the same thing. These are foods they aren\'t used to seeing in our house - it was so funny seeing them try everything! If you like this video please like and subscribe! This restaurant was SO DELICIOUS! I loved everything even though the kids were hesitant! Except chicken and waffles because I can\'t get with the idea of sweet with my chicken. Love them both separately. https://www.idabstable.com'
