'Atho • Ingredients Boiled Noodles - 250 gms Gram Flour - 200gm Chilli Flakes - 20 Spoons Lemon Juice - 10 Sp Tamarind Paste Fried Onions Fried Garlic Onions Cabbage Carrot Food colour Thatai Fried Oil Boiled Eggs Banana Stem Moong daal Turmeric Powder Shallots Salt • How to make Atho:- 1) Add the food colour and salt to the water and cook the noodles. 2) Now take the cooked noodles add the fried Garlic, Onions , cabbage , carrot and onion . 3) Add Chilli Flakes, Lemon juice and Tamarind Paste. 4) Mix all together and when u serve mix that broken thathai and gram powered. 5) Ready to serve. • How to make egg bejo:- 1) Boil the egg . 2) Slit the egg add the fried Garlic and onion. 3) Add the tamarind Paste and Lemon juice. 4) Ready to serve. • How to make atho soup :- 1) Cook the moong dal , shallots, turmeric powder and banana stem in cooker. 2) And leave for whistles. 3) Add the gram flour mixture to boil. 4) Ready to serve.'
