This is one of the most basic of Cambodian dishes, with the all important \'Kreung\' paste stir fried with meat and vegetables. Khmer Chicken Char Kreung ឆាគ្រឹង សាច់មាន់ Ingredients Chicken - 250g Lemongrass- 3 sticks Holy Basil - 200g Garlic x 3 cloves Galangal - 50g Turmeric - 50g Eggplant - 300g Red Chilli - 3 Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp Salt - pinch Sugar - 2 tsp Stock - 1 tsp គ្រឿងផ្សំ សាច់មាន់ - 250g ស្លឹកគ្រៃ - 3 ដំបង ម្រះព្រៅ - 200g ខ្ទឹម x 3 រំដេង - 50g រមៀត - 50g ផ្លែត្រប់ - 300g ម្ទេសក្រហម - 3 ងាវសមុទ្រទឹកជ្រលក់ - 1 tbsp អំបិល - pinch ស្ករ - 2 tsp ម្សៅសាច់មាន - 1 tsp I am a professional chef passionate about real Cambodian food, as well as many international cuisines and love travelling and learning about food from all over the world.
