'Circuitry mock-up for a food dehydrator'

'This is Part 1 of my food dehydrator build. Catch Part 2 (the circuit diagram) here:   I am designing a food dehydrator (Although this is a DIY project, it is certainly not going to have a DIY price-tag. It probably would cost me about the same to go out and buy a fairly decent dehydrator - but why do that when I could build one instead??)  In this video I explain the electronics and a bit of the rationale of my design. As this is only a mock-up, I have used scrap pieces of wood and not paid a great deal of attention to detail. I will probably be building the actual dehydrator out of steel.  The temperature controller is an HX-W1209 (brand name unbeknownst to me).  I will be uploading a circuit diagram shortly (IY\"H).
