Ellen’s Southern Recipes Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdIs070oupdtHQcq8-7Kz9xDIXsIWj4Mg Southern Style Cornbread Video: https://youtu.be/l-WlzieaGOk Perfect White Rice Video: https://youtu.be/m4n-EpF6jxQ 7-8 turkey wings, washed and pat dry 1 tbsp kosher salt 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp black pepper 1 onion, chopped 1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp all purpose flour (forgot to mention it in the video) 1 cup water or chicken broth or stock (forgot to mention it in the video) 1 large roasting pan, lined with aluminum foil 1 oven bag Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Place turkey wings onto a pan and season on both sides with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Place flour into the oven bag then add turkey wings, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and water (or stock). Tie the bag and cut 6 slits on top. Bake for 2 hours until tender. It will create a gravy while it’s baking. Remove from oven. Serve with Rice and Gravy or your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
