'This footage captures Denali (8 weeks old) activity during the evening. Mom has not been since since early am and there has not been any food on the nest since early am on July 29, 2020. Denali had two poop shoots during the evening and both streams were white in color, which is a good sign. When an eagle becomes dehydrated the poop stream will loose that white color and become dark in color. With many eyes on this nest all anxiously waiting for Mom\'s safe return and the delivery of food for Denali too. Denali is 61 days old or 8.71 weeks so nearly old enough to branch and soon fledge. Dad went missing at this nest on June 19, 2020 and Aurora Mom has done an amazing job raising Denali on her own. UPDATE: Mom arrived in the morning with food so all is well now. Denali self fed!
