'[mukbang] Korean food - sundae gukbap / 순대 국밥'

'sundae : Korean food is made by filling pig tripe with vegetables and noodles, adding flavor and color with sunpaper, and then steaming it with water vapor. It is a popular street food in both North and South Korea.  gukbap : a dish that rolls rice into a soup.  This dish consists of sundae, which is steamed pig intestines stuffed with seasoned, minced vegetables, and rice with soup. Perilla seeds, ginger, and a variety of medicinal herbs are boiled with the sundae to remove any unpleasant meat smell.
