'Hi! today I\'m going to cook stir fried bean sprout with soft chewy tofu and pork. If you\'re not familiar to Cambodian food but want to try our dish, I recommend this stir fried which has a mild taste and good to serve with rice. Let\'s start cooking together!!  Ingredients:  Pork 300g tofu 12 Bean sprout 250g Garlic chive 100g 3 Shiitake mushroom 3 cloves of garlic Fish sauce 1tbsp, oyster sauce 1tbsp Sugar 2tsp, pepper 12 tsp, pinch of salt Peppercorn & water 3tbsp'
