KHMER BEEF SALAD សាឡាត់សាច់គោខ្មែរ Ingredients Beef - 250g Lemongrass- 3 sticks Long beans - 200g Green Tomatoes - 300g Cucumber - 200g Red Chilli - 1 small Red Onion - 100g Lime - 3 small Salt - pinch Sugar - 2 tsp Stock - 1 tsp Fish Sauce - 1 tbsp គ្រឿងផ្សំ សាច់គោ - 250g ស្លឹកគ្រៃ - 3 ដំបង សណ្ដែកកួរ - 200g ប៉េងប៉ោះបៃតង - 300g ត្រសក់ - 150g ក្រហមម្ទេស - 1 តូច ខ្ទឹមក្រហម - 100 ក្រាម សណ្តែកដី (ស្រេច) ក្រូចឆ្មា - 3 ខ្នាតតូច អំបិល - pinch ស្ករ - 2 tsp ម្សៅសាច់មាន - 1 tsp ទឹកត្រី - 1 tbsp I am a professional chef passionate about real Cambodian food, as well as many international cuisines and love travelling and learning about food from all over the world.
