'I wanted to test my freeze dried food prep, so for one week I ate nothing except food that that came out of an emergency food bucket.  If you are planning a prep or are wondering what a week of freeze dried food feels like I hope this video helps!    I\'m thinking about doing a week of only canned food, or MREs for a week soon.
